Manage creativity and praise

People who value creativity and pay attention to creativity focus on things that are bizarre and out of others,or the sense of belonging in their colleagues.A cash reward will let us focus on the task at land,and the social identity rewards can stifle creativity,because it will let us have a herd mentality,avoid the bird,will let you choose a compromise,but not the courage to break edge.

In a company:It's common that customer is premier to company,while what customers most care is the quality of the staff.So in the ground,the company must take the staff as the premier position.Employees can provide better service, and then obtain customer satisfaction,bring greater benefits for the company.

Wage secrecy will make imformation asysmmetry,so that employees feel unfair,will cause fairness and justice and other concepts.And then affect the mood of employees, to dispel the enthusiasm of everyone, reducing the competitiveness of employees,so that the company into a crisis.
