这篇和pennstate的第一篇很相似，是突出专业兴趣方向的。

2. one extracurricular activity, work experience or community service project from the list you provided on the application andexplain why you initially chose it, and why you continued with it and how you benefited from it

我个人认为你教外教学中文的经历还是不错的。应该是可以展开到一个长篇文章的。把经历，感受和体会详尽的写一下，尤其是其中的一些有意思的故事，应该是会比较吸引人。
