There a lot of benefits for students doing team sports, such as good for students to become outgoing and learn how important teamwork. First of all, team sports as a kind of sports type not only increase people's student's body health and reducing students’ pressure but also making students outgoing. because students have to communicate with their partners frequently when they do team sports, which trains them on how to make friends with each other.
