coping difficult situation

There are lots of things could make people feel they are in difficult situation, such as language difficulty, work , business failure, family,love failure etc.

Here are some strategies to help us to cope the difficult situation.

The first one is comfort yourself.So how can we comfort yourself? we can use stress ball to release our pressure or touch stuffed animal to make  you feel free. Maybe we can try to listen music or watch movie that you favourite. Or we can cook some delicious dish for ourselves , the taste is a best way to make people feel free.The other way is we could get some flowers or ferfumes

for ourselves , the smell could enhance human's brain to overcome any difficult.

The next one is control negative self talk. When we are in difficult situation , we usually negative  ourselves. For example, if you break up with your girlfriend/boyfriend, you think that is your problem and blame yourself . Or you make a mistake in your work , and you think you are terrible at doing a job.Your emotion will be worse and worse. So how can we reduce it and cheer ourselves up? The only one thing we could do is to be stronger. Only you are strong enough , you can avoid yourself or others to talk to you in this negative way.

The third one  is support system. It 's hard to overcome the difficult situation on your own.We could ask our parents ,friends or colleagues for advices . Maybe they will give you an intelligent idea that you never could think out to solve your problem. Otherwise, you could let your friend to be good listener. Speaking out your problem is a best way to release your pressure ,and it is also a best way to rethink your problem and maybe you will find an idea to help yourself.

the next one is distract yourself and get involved. We don't need to spend all the time and energy thinking about our problem .Keeping busy can help lift our mood and can bring positive emotions .  I like jogging, especially when I was in a difficult situation. I think the jogging could help us to release our body and brain,so then we will have more energy to solve our problem.There are also plenty of ways  to distract yourself and get involved. such as to be a volunteer , hiking , playing computer games or reading a book at home etc.

the last one is accept yourself . You are who you are,you don't need to change yourself  to cater the others.  When you are faced with a difficult situation , an important question to ask yourself is :Should I change myself to solve this problem? if the answer is no, you don't need to care what happened , otherwise , you should do your best to solve the problem, and then you can improve yourself and overcome the difficult situation.
