那么今天我们就来了解一下IG是啥...

原来它的全称是Invictus Gaming，官方的缩写应该是iG.
维基百科的介绍是这样的：
Invictus Gaming (iG) is a multi-game eSports organization founded in 2011 in China.
iG电子竞技俱乐部（Invictus Gaming）是一家中国电子竞技俱乐部，成立于2011年。
invictus
Invictus, meaning “unconquerable” or “undefeated” in Latin, is a poem by William Ernest Henley. The poem was written while Henley was in the hospital being treated for tuberculosis of the bone, also known as Pott's disease.
invictus是拉丁文，表示“不可战胜的，永不屈服的”，出自英格兰诗人威廉·欧内斯特·亨利（William Ernest Henley）的诗作。
据了解，诗人亨利从小体弱多病，罹患骨结核病，为了保住一只脚、不被截肢，一生都在与病魔抗争，于1875年在病榻上写就了「Invictus」这一诗作，不向命运屈服，后名声大噪。

后来，2009年上映的前南非总统曼德拉的传记电影片名，即取自这首诗「Invictus」，据说这也是曼德拉总统经常背诵的一首短诗。影片中文被译为「成事在人」，「不败雄心」(港)，「打不倒的勇者」(台)。

They are primarily known for their Dota 2, League of Legends, and StarCraft II teams. iG's Dota squad won The International 2012. Their League of Legends team won the 2018 League of Legends World Championship.

那LPL是啥，就是英雄联盟游戏的职业联赛，英文为：League of Legends Pro League，简称就是LPL.

细心的你可能会发现LPL中出现了两个league，表示的是两个含义：
