今天我们讨论如何做一件事，这个讨论有一个前提，就是仅限于那些没有较大财务风险的事。
1.收集信息，思考记录，寻找短期较优方案。
做一件事情，事先定位、推演、论证，并记录这一过程，再循环多次。直到在没有新信息带入情况下，已经很难再有改善方案了，这时的方案已经是当下较优的方案了。
最优方案，从短期来看的确是有，但是从长期来看只有更优方案。随着时间的推进周围环境一直在变，自己的认知水平一直变，我们会不断认识到那些更好选择的存在。
2.启动的时间和条件。
当有较优选择方案时，如果没有很大财务风险，最好马上启动开始，进入从0到1的过程。我们做任何决定时、信息都是不完整的，而使得信息越来越完整的唯一方式就是“做”本身，只有去“做”才能获得更多的反馈和信息，才能优化我们的即有选择。所以，等到最好条件出现才能启动是一个驳论。
3.快速启动的优势。
有较优选择方案时，快速启动，会把我们的注意力和时间聚焦到如何把事情做好上，而不是如何更好的开始启动上，从而节省大量的注意力和时间。
在一些特定机会面前，时间尤为珍贵，如果你能够特立独行且正确，会有巨大的收获。
当你看好一件事，但是大多数人却不看好，如果结果证明你是正确的。那么，大家都不看好的这么一段时间被称为称傻瓜窗口期，在这段时间，你不要回头看别人只管一直跑、一直跑，这样你就会看到别人看不到的风景。
4.初心的坚持和舍弃。
