There is no perfect one in the world .Everyone have its advantages and disadvantages.Regarding the efficient people ,everyone praised them for vigorous action,capable of doing things well .But what is their bad habits? They will still keep effective if they get rid of thoes bad habits ?
As we know <<Seven habits of efficient people >>,but every coins has two sides,even habits .this is necessary of good habits ?Bad or good ,it just rhetoric .just a character of psychology,have two sides .you want to take both ? If not ,you have no chance be efficient.

Utilitarian
Their goal system consist of strategic map ,This quality comes to the extreme.they will draw their big goals or small goals as a map ,this not only make himself feel exhausted,also make others afraid .
In the eyes of the people around them, they are too purposeful.always planing ,afraid to do the useless work,precious time.so they give others impression is too utilitarian.they will associate with what they do .all base one the value of themselves.as a result :they only have partner no have real friend.
Bad habit two :
Boring
The cost of high efficiency is life. Efficient people have perseverance. My definition of perseverance is: In order to control long-term goals and desires, I can't help myself. Perseverance is to clean up your own.
What they communicate is their own prospect of business value ,but lack of emotion of communication .
Bad habit three :
Achievement anxiety
The efficient people always feel frustrated of strong prosperous ,the have big ambitious ,eager to perfect ,or quite care what others look him, and have dreams .
Bad habit four :
Picky environment
Here have three ways to suitable for the environment ,firstly is change environment to adapt himself ,secondly ,change himself to fit for environments ,third : they leave and say nothing .the efficient people will prefer to change environment by himself ,because they have confidence to made it .
Bad habit five :
Aggressive
Efficient individuals have much more desire for control and domination than those who are ineffective. Obviously, such people are not very likable.they are say more than listen ,rush to express ,and interrupt people randomly ,they will shift the topic when they lose interesting on that ;

Type A behavior
The specific performance is ambitious, competitive, fast-paced, easy to lose temper ;

Harsh
Efficient are like to keep promise ,even for otters .they admire same human,
Appreciate like, discriminate against inefficient people, and can't tolerate three kinds of people most: stupid ,lazy people ,people cannot rely on .
