PicassoExecutorService

在Picasso build( )方法时,如果未进行自定义的设置,默认则会创建一个 PicassoExecutorService

就是通过这个PicassoExecutorService,Picasso来实现 线程并发数依网络状态变化而变化、优先级调度等
