Before the beginning, I want to ask you a question, what do you think about the time？ I agree with you. I think the time is important and valuable.
My mom told me you can use the time to exchange the money, but you can't use the money to exchange the time. From then on I know the importance of the time.
If you don't think the time is important. I can give you two examples： In our daily life, some students said：“ WOW, I have too many homework， I have no time to finish it！ What should I do? Can you help me？”or after class, some student just sitting there and thinking nothing. But some students are studying or asking teacher for help. At the same time, but play a different difference. The day by day some students get good grades, but some students are not. Why？ it's a question? But answer is obvious.

The time is amazing. It's fair to everybody. There are twenty-four hours a day. Why somebody success, but you can't？

And what's meaning of "Cherish the time"？ I think ： It is just doing something useful. It can be your favorite things or what you must be done. Such as playing basketball studying reading. All in all，don't waste time. It's the main idea.
So how to cherish the time. Here is a secret： Be nervous or serious. For example, one day I played basketball with my friend peter . We compete the basketball skills. When we trained, I was careful nervous and serious. But peter were not, he was relaxed and didn't care . In the end, I was the winner because I'm careful, nervous and serious. And I didn't cherish the time. If you can be nervous or serious, you have no time to thinking anything more. You will just do something!
Now I'm giving a speech，and I don't with it anytime. So now I am a successful man. And now if you listen my speech carefully, you are successful man, too. Because what？ Because you cherish your time！
