December 23, 2024—Christmas is almost here, and with Christmas Eve tomorrow, the festive spirit is in full swing. Today’s been a day of joy and connection, both at home and with friends.
For my wife, I picked out a big apple as a gift, a nod to the Chinese tradition of wishing peace and safety—especially fitting since her nickname is “Little Apple.” Meanwhile, she ordered a robot dog for our son, and he’s over the moon about it. He even wrote on the family whiteboard, “I think my gift is an AI robot dog with cool features I can control with my phone or remote. I’m so excited I can’t sleep!” It’s so adorable and fun watching him light up with anticipation.
As for our daughter, my wife’s gift for her was another hit. When my daughter asked me to guess what it was, I said, “It’s got to be something Taylor Swift-related.” She was shocked. “How did you know?” she asked. “Because I know you,” I laughed. Sure enough, it’s the latest Taylor Swift CD. Moments like these remind me of the bond and understanding that make our family special.
I also took some time to send holiday greetings to my potential clients and friends, and their responses made my day. It’s clear that Christmas is a time for connection and spreading warmth, whether in business or personal life.
Right now, all I want is to step away from work for a bit and cherish these cozy, heartwarming moments with my family. Here’s to the joy of the season and the love we share!
