项目描述：排查兔是一个将排查能力前置赋能给一线优化师的排查工具集合，优化师们可以在排查兔上输入一些基本的信息，即可查询到相关过程的数据以及最终的结论，通过结论解读找到原因，解决客户问题；不需要提交风铃case，等3-5天的时间反馈结论，排查兔可以即查即走，查询平均耗时小于1分钟，更快的帮助客户解决问题，提升客户满意度。
