①well-defined and specific goal:Through the example of learning Golf, we know,it's necessary to turn general goals into specific ones.Just one baby step:increase the number of drives landing.Then ask yourself three queations —what，why，how—what should I do to improve it?why I lose it?how I to do it?By asking yourself those questions to define your goals then get a reasonable expectation improvement.
②focuse： we learning sth from the process of Steve Faloon's task of forty digits .that is you seldom improve without giving the task your full attention.
③Involves feedback:By the contrast of Oare 's belated feedback and Steve's direct feedback ,we easily concluded that direct and correct feedback can help us recognize our shortcomings timely ,then we can divided more our attention on it ,so that address those weaknesses in time.
④get out of your comfort zone: it's the most important character. From The vantage of Ben Franklin's chess skills and some specialists who just maintain themselves,it's clearly that pushing ourselves out of comfort zone is of necessity.
