1. difference: 

Trait:  a variety of individual attributes including aspects of personality, temperament, needs, motives, and values. Relatively stable but can be influenced by experience.

Skill:  the ability to do something in an effective manner. More malleable and influenced by heredity and situation.

2. skills:

Technical skill - having knowledge about and being proficient in a specific type of work or activity.

Human skill – having knowledge about and being able to work with people.

Conceptual skill - the ability to do the mental work of shaping meaning of organizational policy or issues (what company stands for and where its going).
