"Tracy McGrady (TMAC) is the toughest guy that I ever met" - Kobe Bryant
Literally, I am and will always be a TMAC fan.
When I was a kid, TMAC was the very first foreign player that I really knew. Back then, TMAC was with Yao Ming in Houston Rockets. I quickly got obsessed with the jump-shot of TMAC and I was totally charmed by his elegant but powerful dribbles and slam dunk. He was amazing and talented — even Kobe Bryrant said that TMAC was the most tough player that he had ever met. He was my sports idol during my childhood and teenager time. So when I played basketball, I started to imitate every move of TMAC, especially his fade-away shot and back-step shot. My room was even filled with TMAC's posters and I looked at these posters everyday when I was waking up, studying in the room and going sleep.
You can image my adoration for TMAC when he was playing in NBA, it lasted so long until TMAC retired. People are getting to forget him, even some fans like me, are getting to forget the genius. However, today, it was announced that TMAC was officially inducted into basketball Hall of Fame as a member of class 2017. Fans of TMAC go crazy and so do I. I am so excited hearing this news; TMAC's hard work is finally appreciated by people, by NBA, and most importantly, by Hall of Fame committees, for his talents, for his twice NBA score leaders and for his incredible moment of 13 points in 35 seconds!
I felt consoled for TMAC and would like to congratulate TMAC from the bottom of my heart. TMAC, I am your big fan forever.
