As the Internet is more and more widely used, our work and life begin to be inseparable from the network.The harmful influence of teenagers' use of the Internet is mainly the distribution of energy.On the one hand, surfing the Internet occupies part of the time for teenagers to study and rest, resulting in high learning pressure and tight time allocation for teenagers.On the other hand, some teenage users are so immersed in the virtual world of the Internet that they often think about the online space in their daily life, such as attending classes and sleeping, which causes them to lose concentration.The most harmful effects is electronic games,they endanger the young people's health. Sitting in front of the computer for hours on end is bad for the player's eyesight as well as his entire body.Therefore,it is time we took effective measures to solve this problem. On the one hand,young people should be made fully aware of the danger of internet. On the other,illegal video game houses should be eliminated,and software producers should be encouraged to make more beneficial electronic games in the future.
