    Nowadays,I have seen  some people that used to be healthy getting weak.I show sympathy for them and at the same time I asked myself why they make themselves be under those terrible condition.how I can avoid the fate like that.

    Actually,the answer is so easy that it  usually can't draw my attention.

1.doing physical exercise regularly

2.regular work and rest

3.going on a healthy diet

4.keeping positive

5.……

    It seems that I nearly have broken the rule that I should do physical exercise every day since  my having winter vacation.Maybe I should make a difference tomorrow.(Now,I need to have a rest)
