如何起床?在什么时间起床?
叫醒我们的不是闹钟!
那应该是什么呢?
很多人告诉我说,是老板吧!我想很多人是被老板叫起的,然后匆匆忙忙地进入到社会滚滚的洪流当中,接触到大量的信息流,经过这样的一个早起,匆忙进入到公司,我想他的心情是非常非常紧张的。
其实,你有没有想过,与日出一起起床?
你可以用几种方法:
第一种,你可以窗帘。
第二种,你可以用精油、香味来唤醒自己。
第三种,你可以用音乐,设一个缓慢的音乐闹钟,不是刺耳的,用音乐把自己叫醒。
第四种,你还可以去到你的卫生间,去做一个淋浴,你可以用热水从脚,然后慢慢到腿,到上身,到头顶。整个过程你可以想着颜色,五颜六色到头顶,变成光。
