You need to set UIImage to backgroundColor of row action, concretely by:

    func tableView(_ tableView: UITableView, editActionsForRowAt indexPath: IndexPath) -> [UITableViewRowAction]? {

        let deleteAction = UITableViewRowAction(style: .default, title: title) { (action, indexpath) in
