The English groups will aim to sacitisfy a number of English learners, in parcitularly fresh students who get to lost and not much known about the learning of the English.
Market analysis:
Borrowing from the functions of QQ's group and red packet, I sent them English learning materials and explained parts of the articles' points for them. Basically, the project is mainly for helping them learning native English. By learning these magnizes, they can broaden their horizons, enrich their knowledges and view the world in a new way. Therefore, the students who have a particular affection and have a good basis on English will be improtant parts.
Approach:
Propaganda and recuitment is based on QQ groups, QQ zone and the moments. So, starting the project from familiar friends, and letting them to expand gradually. Now, they are 20 more first-year students and totally 40 plus students. It did have a good impact.
Besides, the ways I took to govern the group and to supervise those guys are punishing them red packets and praising them in public, added to continually encourage them.
Earning:
The main idea is to help English learners and to make more people get to know myself so that have a small popular fame when I hold self-speech. Likewise, I also can learn somethings when I give them explanations.
