因为杨枝甘露中的原料很多,味道丰富。QQ弹弹的西米和清香油腻的西柚,对我来说是真正的“人间盛宴”。
制作步骤
1、芒果去皮,去核,半个果肉切成1厘米见方的小颗粒。把柚子去皮,取出果肉,分开备用。

4、将文火煮过的西米、芒果、柚子浆加入过滤过的芒果椰子浆中,搅拌均匀,冷藏30分钟。上菜时,在上面装饰一点葡萄柚果肉。
