Give time to yourself, stop watching the TV news, stop reading novels and watch opera, for it only worries you and make you a dreamer. filter on what you see and verify what you hear. start to look the future ahead of you. no one is responsible to your life but you. make plans ahead.
Study things you hate the most and constantly learn things but don't be an expert, you only need to hire experts working for you.
In the end, plan to be your own boss. and for goodness sake, for once, reduce the time you spend on your phone, enjoy more face to face communication with your families and friends.
