There are two things we are going to talk about in today's lesson:
1.how to prepare for exams.

2.how to ask and answer questions about the exam score.
如何询问考试成绩及如何应答
Part 1：考前准备
Tip 1:Find out as much as you can about the exam.
Tip 2:Start studying early.
last-minute = 最后，紧要关头的
cram = (考试前)突击学习，死记硬背
Tip 3:Study with friends.
answers to questions = 问题的答案
look at something from different persspectives = 从不同的角度看待某事
For example:
By discussing problems with your friends,you'll be able to look at them from different perspective.
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
Enough sleep is essential to recall what you have learned and to absorb new information.
You can have a work,ride a bicycle or go jogging.
Exercise can relieve stress,clear your mind and boost your mood.
high-protein foods = 高蛋白质食物
whole grains = 全谷物
oats = 燕麦
brown rice = 糙米
Ideally,drinking 1.5 liters of water a day is recommended.
Speak to someone about your stress.
Avoid comparing yourself with your friends.
Take a deep beath when you feel stressed.
Prepare your ID card,admission ticket and stationery.
Plan your route and journey time in advance.
Part 2:如何询问考试成绩及如何应答
What was your score?
What was your grade?
What did you get on the exam?
How did you do on yesterday's science test?
How was your exam?
I got a perfect score.
I got full marks.
我考了满分。
got a + 分数 = 得了XX分
For example:
I got a 92!
I passed the exam with flying colors.
我轻轻松松通过了考试。
I sailed throgh my exam.
我考得非常好。
I failed.
I didn't pass the exam.
我考试不及格。
I bombed the exam.
I flunked the exam.
我考试不及格。
I messed up on my exam.
I screwed up on my exam.
我没考好。
I am happy/satisfied with my score.
我很满意自己的分数。
I am happy overall with my score.
总体来说还比较满意自己的分数。
the + 序数词 + highest = 第几高
For example:
His score was the eighth highest in the class.
below average = 低于平均水平的
For example：
Eleven students had below average scroes.
above average = 高于平均水平的
For example:
Her English score is above average.
as ... as ... = 像XX一样怎么样
For example:
I wish I were as smart as they are.
XX is as busy as a bee.
