COVID-19 comes into my life. 终于阳了。

Three years have past. I always thought that I was the lucky one. When everything goes well, I have successfully caught the tails of the story. COVID-19 has come into my life after all.

三年过去了,我总是想自己是最幸运的那一个。当所有的事情都变好的时候,我成功地抓住了故事的尾巴。我终于“阳”了。


It was on December 10 in 2022, after the first people in our company who was diagnosed to be ill for 4 days, there are several people follow one by one. I have already tested 4 times that show me green. But the 5th time what I tested wasn't be shown me until 30 past 10 o'clock the next day. The very red color refers me that I am a patience from now.

2022年12月10日,是我们单位首位同事被确诊“阳性”的第四天,陆续又有几位同事紧随其后。我连续四天检测都是绿色,可第五天去检测,报告迟迟没有出来,直到第二天,即今天上午10:30才出来。那鲜红的颜色提示我: 从此刻开始,我就是一个病人了。

Each people who has not caught the virus is afraid of this kind of ill. I tell you that donot fear with my own experiences everyday life. It is so simple that we even needn't any medicines to go through. What is the phenomenon about this ill?  Follow me:

每一个尚未感染此类病毒的人都害怕它。我要用我每一天的亲身经历告诉你:没什么可怕的。它简单到甚至不需要服用任何药物而自动康复的程度。那,这种病究竟什么表现呢?来吧,跟我来:

The first day, you may feel a little sad back of your body where the around you tie your trousers. You may feel a little headache where you sleep closer to the bed. You may feel your throat is dry but sticky, as if you have phlegm. It is like that you catch a bad cold. It's no use to eat any medicines but the medicines for cold.

第一天,你可能感觉后腰拴皮带的位置酸酸地不舒服。你会感觉睡觉时后脑勺与枕头接触的部位有一点头疼。你会感觉到喉咙干燥却又黏糊糊地想要吐痰,就像得了重感冒。吃什么药都没效果,不过感冒药可以减轻痛苦(我服的是复方氨酚那敏颗粒两小袋)。

In the very night, you may feel headache seriously. Not be hurry and don't fear about it. Get a glass of warm water ready to make medicines for cold. Then drop into sleeping, nothing can happens and you will feel better than before when you wake up.

深夜,你可能感觉头疼加剧。不要慌,也不要害怕。准备一杯热开水,服下感冒药,然后蒙头睡大觉。什么事也不会发生,等你醒来,你会感觉好多了。

The second day, you should say Be Care to your families, your staff and all your friends. Your feeling is very important for them to protect themselves being hurted by the virus. They will surpport you. They will encourage you. The most important thing is that they all need the confidence from you to be encouraged. The rest thing is only need to stay at home and drink more water than the average. If you feel unpleased, you can attempt to learn knowledges everyday. You will forget all the borings when you falling in learning.

第二天,你须要告诉你的家人、你的同事和你的朋友:珍重。你的感觉对于他们防备被感染很重要。他们将会支持你、鼓励你。最重要的是他们所有人都需要来自于你的鼓励和信心。接下来,你只需要待在家里,多喝水。要是感觉闷,就和我一起每天学习。当你醉心于学习的时候,可以忘记一切烦恼。

Today is my second day this experience. I will record my feeling each day and then share to you. If you have no this experience, keep caring about me, everything will goes better.
