读后感
买这本书是几年前有朋友在看。
今年我也买了。断断续续两个月时间，今天看完。
之前有看过评论，有读者说女主矫情,有点无病呻吟。
看完之后我也觉得女主矫情，可能是因为没有她那样的经历，确实不能感同身受。
书中还描写了很多冥想的情景及其效果，我也觉得很玄乎，大抵都是因我自己不懂，没试过，或者不信这些吧。
