mac的默认git改成brew的git
brew install git
测试ip
proxychains4 curl myip.ipip.net

根据苹果的 官方说明，以下路径受到保护：

/System
/usr (不包含 /usr/local)
/bin
/sbin
Apps that are pre-installed with OS X

所以可以利用brew install 工具至/usr/local避开SIP策略
