Our nationality have our special religion named Benzhu. There is an interested story about our local deity. it's said that long long ago, there was a family with three sons who parents are serious ill. In order to treat their parents, they must go to Luoping mountain to collect medicine. They travelled day and night to Luoping mountain. The three brothers spent two days struggling with medicine, but the mountain is too big. they didn't collect medicine. By the third day, the family sent someone to say  that their parents had died.  The three brother grieved and said, their parents were died. what was the use of the herbs? Then they jumped off the cliff. The three brothers' bodies rolled into three villages.The third brother rolled into our village--Zhenxing village.

We were moved By their behaviors, so our ancestors built temples for them. Let them become our local gods. Set up our own festival and frequent worship.

Local deity--Benzhu is the bai nationality village god. The bai believe that the master can protect the country and protect the people's safety and happiness.
