Dear Sir or Madam,
(A1 introduction) I'm Li Hua, member of the Students' Union. (A2 purpose) I'm writing with honor to propose the destination of the spring outing.
(B1 choice) Provided the two scenic places, Guangzhou Chimlong Paradise and Guangdong Science Center, personally, I have a small preference to the former, with reasons listed. (B2 reason) Initially, there are many facilities in the park, which students will have fun with. Additionally, for those who are not a fan of roller coasters, there are still places to relax themselves. Eventually, a trip in the open air also helps them release stress since staying indoors is dull.

(B2 reason) Initially, there are many facilities in the building, which students will have fun with. Additionally, for those who are not a fan to experience the 4D cinema, there are still places to relax themselves. Eventually, a trip to such place also helps them enrich their knowledge since this cannot be acquired from books.
