GTD的五个步骤 capture,clarify, organize, reflect on, engage
one of the major reasons many people haven't had a lot of success with getting organized is simply that they tried to do all five steps at one time.

capture: gathering 100% of the incompletes

跑来的任务赶紧放到inbox里。今天想起来之前被推荐的一个GTD软件，叫My Life Organized.有windows,mac,iso,android版，就是记性太差，已经不记得推荐人当时的演示了，只能自己慢慢摸索了。
Clarify
you can't organize what's what's coming- you can only capture it and process it.

Organize
project is sth need more than one step. you don't actually do a project, you can only do action steps related to it.
reflect是定期回顾，每周回顾是一定要的。engage看了没有很清晰的概念。然后接着看了《小强升职记》的第二章，对这整个流程才有了清晰的认知，每一步该怎么做。其实下面两个表就代表了整个流程。
今天印象最深的有两点：1.一个事情过来如果是2分钟以内可以解决的，立马做。因为放到inbox也需要时间。不如赶紧做了。
2.关于描述任务的，要有以下要素：动词开头，描述具体（不要含糊概括），描述结果，设定开始时间，周期，期限。一个清晰的任务也能让我们分解他的每一步行动。比如：完成五道口音频上传（今天开始，本周日结束）再细化到每一步：选词-写稿-纠音-录音频-发布稿-发布。
另外没有太看懂的也不纠结了，这次看书主要是边看边跟着行动起来。

提前看，保持现状，即将到来的截止日，临时抱佛脚的受害者。看起来简单的表达，自己写不出来。

to manage to control or deal with sth霸气的站在一件事情上，居高临下的让这件事屈服，那肯定是搞定了。
eg：• How will I ever get on top of all this work?
3.miss out on 想到了 decide on 以及这个月晨读学的我有选择困难症I‘m having trouble deciding.

You must have as few capturing buckets as you can get by with.

5.payoff
Most people don't have a really complete system, and they get no real payoff from reviewing things.
