这几天晚上天天利用睡前时间看《The Art of Public Speaking演讲的艺术》原版书，记了不少笔记，也有很多收获和杂感。一并记录于此。

1 学习笔记

因为本学期一直要求学生做演讲，而每次演讲之后，我也都会点评一番。这些书都太好太好了。语言简单又平实！可以直接借鉴采用。这次重新阅读这本书发现很多很好的表达方式以后可以用于点评和指导学生。smoothly

2 杂感

（1）关于confidence nurtures itself，太对了。我自己的各种体验都是如此。成功是成功之母。

（2）很多事情要自己有了体验之后再去学习！

比如说，写作过几篇再去学习写作课。演讲过之后再学演讲等。

（3）待做之事：自己要做一个课件，大概20-30页，关于演讲最最核心的部分，和学生讲一遍。这是第一个版本，以后再慢慢迭代。可以一开始就和学生指导时使用。然后，再添加一个后续版本。

还有各种演讲视频和素材！慢慢收集！然后指导自己班级和大外以及其他优秀学生参加比赛！当然，也方便自己学习。

（4）学生演讲结束时，一定要多表扬同学们！其实每个人都喜欢表扬的！我自己有时做教师久了，容易批评人，但是只要回想一下：我自己也都30多了，每次别人夸张我，我也非常开心。每个人都是喜欢别人的表扬、称赞、肯定、认可的！千万不要忘记这一点了。
