if a gate is set to open,
it should have two limit, hi and low.
three answer is set in the path,
while passed, the answer would be lit only once.
so if the gate is at its hi or low limit,
no answer should be lit.
the activator, say, pull from both side of the gate,
while they should not be activated at the same time.
