[[NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter] removeObserver:self name:@"tongzhi" object:nil];

接受通知

[[NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter] addObserver:self selector:@selector(InfoNotificationAction:) name:@"tongzhi" object:nil];
