祈使句
Imperatives are verbs that we use to:
祈使句是我们常用的动词
例如:
give orders
give instructions
give warnings
give advice
make requests
To form imperatives, we use theinfinitiveform of the verb withoutto, e.g.,
为了形成祈使句我们使用动词的不定式形式,
例如:
Sit down!
Stand up!
Come here!
If we want to make an imperative negative,we just adddon’tin front of the verb.
如果我们要把其实句变成否定句,只要在前面加上don’
例如:
Don’tgothere!
Don’tdothat!
The only time we use a subject forimperatives is when we want to include ourselves.
If we want to include ourselves, we uselet’sorlet’s not.
