1. Spend time with your family and loved ones as if it was the last day you have with them.

3. We never know what's going on in other people's lives. So don't judge or compare yourself to others.

4. When things get really hard and you find yourself unable to breathe, losing faith, self-doubting or not seeing any way out, take a deep breath and keep doing what you are doing, no matter how small or trivial it is. All your efforts will pay off in the end.

8. De-cluttering is the most liberating and effective way to change your life.

9. Avoid processed food.

10. Try to produce less trash. Avoid plastics and disposables as much as you can. The earth will thank you.
