Last weekend, I participated in a course, and found a book: exponential organizations.
I spent time reading it. From the book I had got some thoughts. Today, I want to share this article. Remember in the past, more than ten years I have been in the internet industry. I have been learning a lot of skills in the past. I clearly feel if your company wants to increase with a big accelerated, you must use exponential thoughts.
But what is an exponential mind?
In math, we know a concept: Exponential, if something in the stationary speed to imcrease, it will have the highest celebration to develop. In the world, there are a lot of companies, the greatest companies. These companies have an amazing speed to enhance. Despite, created time shortly and has a few members, but not influence these companies to be successful.
How to become an exponential organization?
First, you must have a great excellent dream. All employees feel excited because of this dream. And more people want to join this organization and help the company realize the dream. Even a lot of customers auto-instructions together, just want to help your company, because you have a great excellent dream. I think every the greatest company should have a great dream, never just be earned money be your company's dream. If your company doesn't have the greatest dreams, you will lose important power to increase.
Second, you must tell all this to every member, and get their support. You are a person, but not only one, you have employees and partners, so you should trust them and empower them. In my team, I tried to empower, and trust my team members, and that will give you amazing. Sometimes I don't know, right or wrong, but just try.
Maybe experiments will waste time and money, but if you don't want to waste more time and money, you should encourage your employees to experiment, and start up the culture for experiments.
