It is undeniable that human beings are enjoying the boons smartphone phone brings. We are captivated by its magic. Mobile phone offers us channels that perfectly matched our interests from social contact to mobile payment. However, It also spell colossal disasters to us. Today, I took out my phone and check out how many hours I spent on it each day. The result petrifies me — near 6 hours, a quarter of a day. Amazing! I am definitely a screen-addicted zombie. And there are more signs that Being immersed in electrical devices makes me decadent. Therefore, I am determined to slough the predicament off. A shower of measures will be taken into consideration.
Firstly, Limiting the screen time. The first step is to plummet the time I spend on cellphone. Although it is not a panacea for the problem, it would be a useful way in the right direction.
Secondly, Turning off the unnecessary notifications. Sometimes, the action to take up the cellphone is largely because there are some engaging notifications from Weibo, Wechat, and other annoying apps.
Thirdly, Trying to delete some distracting apps. Looking at my homescreen, at least, there are 40 apps. The more app I have, the more time I will waste.
