openCV版本问题导致的错误

出现这种错误的时候，就是 要你安装opencv-contrib-python，卸载掉原来的CV
然后会发现又出现这种错误
cv2.error: OpenCV(4.1.0) C:\projects\opencv-python\opencv_contrib\modules\xfeatures2d\src\sift.cpp:1207: error: (-213:The function/feature is not implemented) This algorithm is patented and is excluded in this configuration;
这是因为OpenCV(4.1.0) 版本不稳定，版本太高，不适用于卸载的代码导致的，安装
pip install opencv-contrib-python==3.4.1.15 -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple --trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com
这样就能解决了哦
