what is often discussed within our campus is a phrase—peer pressure. It looks like everyone here will go through a period in which they are confused about their status quo, meanwhile,most of the students will be hesitating to seek any outside resources like their parents or teachers to get rid of some negative personal feelings. For me, the most urgent concern I have rises from the university environment sector. A similar opinion regarding to this area can be seen in our school newspapers. The advocate of this opinion argues that there is no comfortable environment supporting students who are of the average. The glory is only for those who are outstanding and attract the most attention, leaving the others being unnoticed in the shadow. From my perspective, every student is like a small seed buried deep in the soil beneath with great potential, and he or she will finally become a kind of beautiful flowers, but it will take some time for them to find the way to grow up upward.
