一、教育理念

(-)教育的本质-the essence of education

=教育的本质是使“人以一种全面的方式,也就是说,作为一个完整的人,占有自己的全面的本质。”

(二)人文主义教育的核心

■人文主义教育的核心是要以人为本,最大限度地挖掘学生发展的潜能,“使人合理地、熟练地、高尚地履行各种职责”,(无论是在中国还是在外国)

(三)以《义务教育法》为基准的“全人教育”理念

■“教育教学工作应当符合教育规律和学生身心发展特点将德育、智育、体育、美育等有机统一在教育教学活动中,注意培养学生独立思考能力、创新能力和实践能力,促使学生全面发展。”

(四)外语是必须的!到处皆英语。
