一、教育理念
(-)教育的本质-the essence of education
=教育的本质是使“人以一种全面的方式,也就是说,作为一个完整的人,占有自己的全面的本质。”

(二)人文主义教育的核心
---The core of humanitarian education
■人文主义教育的核心是要以人为本,最大限度地挖掘学生发展的潜能,“使人合理地、熟练地、高尚地履行各种职责”,(无论是在中国还是在外国)
The core of humanitarian education is to go as far as possible to develop students potentialities based on their own special
features to enable them to fulfill various duties and responsibilities
properly, skillfully, and nobly whether in China or in foreign countries).
(三)以《义务教育法》为基准的“全人教育”理念
the whole person education based on The Law of Compulsory Education of PRC
■“教育教学工作应当符合教育规律和学生身心发展特点将德育、智育、体育、美育等有机统一在教育教学活动中,注意培养学生独立思考能力、创新能力和实践能力,促使学生全面发展。”
Our teaching should go with the law of educationand special features of our students'physicaland psychological development, ...and integratemoral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic/education into teaching activities, paying/attention to developing their individual thinking,creative and practical abilities.
(四)外语是必须的!到处皆英语。
