你有时会有诱惑吗，你怎么能抗拒它呢

中文:生活里面有很多很多的诱惑，写作业的时候一旁的手机就是诱惑，睡觉前手机屏上的淘宝是诱惑，减肥的时候桌上的零食是诱惑，写数学题的时候一边的小说是诱惑……

转移自己的注意力可以抗拒诱惑，也可以强制自己不去看诱惑自己的东西，比如说写作业的时候把手机关机，减肥的时候可以吃水果，写数学题的时候我把小说扔的远远地……我觉得抗拒诱惑主要靠的还是自己的意志力。

There  are  lots  of  temptations  in  our  life.

When  I  do  my  homework  the  phone  is  tempts  me.  I  always  looking  taobao  untill  I  sleep.  The  snacks  on  the  table  is  the  temptation  when  I  lost weight.  When  I  do  the  math  problems  the  novel  is  tempts  me.

Distracting  attention  can  resist  the  temptation.You  can  also  force  youself  don't  look  the  other  things.  For  example,I  will  close  my  phone  when  I  do  my  work.I  will  eat  fruit  when  I  lose  weight.I  will  let  the  novel  far  away  when  I  do  the  math  problems.

I  think  the  most  important  thing  to  resist  the  tempation  is  my  willpower.
