The four charts compare the amount of total electricity production between Australia and France in1980 and 2000. Meanwhile the number of five fuel sources are given in each pie chart separately.
In Australia, coal, the largest energy resource in two years, produced 50 units of electricity, taking in a half of the total in 1980 and comprised nearly three fourths of all production in 2000 which was 170 units increased from 100 units. However, in France, coal was not important, it only producted 25 units of power both in 1980 and 2000. The maximum part in 2000 was Nuclear Power created 126 units energy grew from 90 in 1980.
In Australia, Natural Gas and Hydro Power had the same figure(20 units) in1980, but the front fell to 2 units as well as in the same time in France and the behind jumped to 36 units in 2000. The amount of electricity created by oil dropped from 10 to 2, which had a different trend in France.
To sum up, two countries both had diverse fuel supplements. But their main resource was different. Coal and Hydro Power were important to Australia. Nuclear power dominated France’s energy sector.
