The above picture shows my yesterday's schedule. I had slept for 10 hours and 55 minutes yesterday. It was the longest sleep I had recently. My average sleep time is about six hours per day. As you know, I was on the train home yesterday.
I only did three things yesterday which were: sleep, read, and eat. When I feel drowsy I went to bed. So I slept four times. I got up when I was full charging. How do I feel now? I feel good. I don't like oversleeping. It's a totally new experience for me. I had read 5 hours and 21 minutes. I finished a book written by LiuYong. I get lots of wisdom from it. Reading on the phone is appropriate on the train. I could highlight what I thought was inspirational. Writing down my idea about the article was convenient.

Moment 1: I finished reading a book.
Moment 2: After 10 hours and 55 minutes' sleeping, I was full of energy.
Moment 3: I read English article out loud on the train station. It was new and interesting experience.
