来到世界之前

一个孩子是一片云

落在地上，就变成

一捧清澈的水

在世上辗转

不得不学会包容

沙粒，尘土，找一个

有颜色的容器

小心盛放自己

而我，用了半生时间

学习安静摆放我的容器

让沙粒与尘土落下来

然后，用余生

把容器打碎

Vessel

Before coming to this world

A child is a piece of cloud.

Falling to the ground,

He becomes a handful

Of pure water

Flowing through this world

He must learn to carry

Grit and grime

And find a vessel, with color, for disguise

To store himself with care.

As for me, I have spent half a life

Learning to stand my vessel still

So that the grit and grime will settle

And now, I'll spend the rest of it

Breaking the vessel apart.
