All the families have a big dinner on the new year’s eve. From the north to the south in China, most dishes are the same symbolize wealth, happiness and good luck.

在除夕这天家家户户都享着受丰盛的年夜饭。在中国,从北方到南方,年夜饭大部分都相同,都象征着来年拥有幸福、健康和财富。

The dumpling is a traditional pastry that is over 1800 years old. Dumplings are filled with meat, vegetables, or seafood. They symbolize wealth- some dumplings might even have real coins inside!
