酷暑

这里简直是个大烤箱 (形容室内)

热的跟桑拿房一样 (形容室内)
中暑
中暑 heatstroke / sunstroke 时,体温 body temperature 可以高达40度甚至更高。中暑前,人们会有轻度中暑/热虚脱 heat exhaustion 症状,例如:头晕 dizziness ,神志不清 mental confusion ,头痛 headaches ,虚弱 weakness 等。严重者会出现脱水 dehydration ,失去意识 unconsciousness ,痉挛 seizures ,器官衰竭 organ failure 等症状,甚至是死亡 death。
缓解中暑
● 停止活动并在凉爽、通风的环境中休息。脱去多余的或者紧身的衣服,方便散热。
The person should be moved to a cool area (indoors, or at least in the shade) and clothing removed to promote heat loss (passive cooling).
● 用湿的凉毛巾放置于患者的头部和躯干部以降温,或将冰袋置于患者的腋下、颈侧和腹股沟处。
Cold compresses to the torso, head, neck, and groin will help cool the victim.
● 如果患者有反应并且没有恶心呕吐,给患者喝水或者运动饮料。也可服用十滴水、藿香正气水等中药。
Drink water or sports drinks, even some Chinese medicines like “ten drops”, ageratum-liquid and so on, if the victim stays conscious and there is no nausea or vomiting,

衣服
● 穿宽松轻便的衣服,如T恤衫和短裤
Wear loose-fitting and lightweight clothes,like T-shirt and short pants.
● 穿亚麻、棉布等吸汗且透气的天然布料
Wear natural fabrics like linen and cotton which can absorb sweat and allow it to breathe.
● 穿浅色的衣服。因为在直接光照下,浅色比其他颜色更能反射热量
Wear light-colored clothing which reflects the heat better than any other colour in the direct sunshine.
防晒
● 通过墨镜、遮阳帽、阳伞等防晒工具远离日晒
Protect yourself against the sun's ray with some sun-proof tools, such as a pair of sunglasses, topee, parasol, and so on.
● 使用15倍及以上的防晒霜
Use sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15 or more.
● 使用防晒喷雾和清凉油
Use sunscreen spray and cooling oil.
补充水分
● 在感觉到渴之前,喝很多的液体
drink a lot of fluids,and before you are thirsty.

外出时间
● 避开烈日时间段
