关于内购的资金流程:
1.用户点击内购按钮, 付款成功给苹果公司, 成为我们的付费用户。
2.当出现什么问题的时候，用户找苹果公司进行退款(在我们规定时间内可以退款, 不需经过我们同意,超过不允许退款)。
3.内购的钱都在苹果那边，不是直接在我们这边，用户退款会直接在苹果那边给你扣除。
4.一般是月结(节日顺延), 这个月的内购金额，下个月月初结算出来多少钱，然后把钱打给我们公司, 只不过我们的钱会延后出账单和打款

Next Steps
While the payment system that you have included may conduct the transaction outside of the app, if the purchasable content, functionality, or services are intended to be used in the app, they must be purchased using in-app purchase, within the app - unless it is of the type referenced in guideline 3.1.3 of the App Store Review Guidelines.

Regarding 3.1.1 issue, we still noticed that your app or its metadata enables the purchase of content, services, or functionality in the app by means other than the in-app purchase API, which is not appropriate for the App Store.
To resolve this issue, it would be appropriate to make appropriate changes to your app to ensure, that if the purchasable content, functionality, or services are intended to be used in the app, they must be purchased using in-app purchase, within the app - unless it is of the type referenced in guideline 3.1.3 of the App Store Review Guidelines.
