Where would you choose to be your home: a noisy place close to shops, restaurants and transport hub or a quiet place far from everything? In my opinion, I prefer to choose a quiet place far from everything to be my home. I will explain some reasons below to you.
First, when I plan to choose my house, environment must be a priority. Most of people maybe like to live close to shops or transport hub. It is very convenient if they want to go out for doing everything. However, the house price not only is more expensive, but also they must bear living in noisy environments from shops or restaurants. And various vehicles cause many bad atmospheres.
The second reason is that I must consider the home far away from factories, because waste gases from factories often pollute the air. Sometimes, some people expect to live close to the factories for convenient commuting and often ignore the issue. From my point of view, the point is very vital.
Honestly, nowadays, for someone who depends on month salary, it is very stressed to buy a new house. So, the last element I choose the house is my abilities. Two years ago, when I considered to buy a new house for my parents, because of my limited money, it took me more than fifteen days for selecting a new house in my hometown. I am an only child in my family and I can’t put up with more financial stress, so the house price also became the most important priority to me. Luckily, my house was chosen finally in a quiet place. The price was reasonable and I could afford to pay for it without any loan from bank. Though it is a little far to the city center, it doesn’t influence my family members’ daily life. And it is suitable for exercise due to a comfortable environment around my house. More importantly, my parents love the place and I hope they can have a happy life in their old age.
In fact, with the social developing, we have more options in choosing transportation. When I choose the house, I tend to balance the price I can afford to and the location. After all, we will long live there.
