- The developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content
这里谈到了关于用户发布内容,需要涉及到的安全机制,包括:
-要求用户同意条款(EULA),并且这些条款必须明确表示,不允许有令人反感的内容或滥用的用户。
-一种过滤有害内容的方法
-一种用户标记不良内容的机制
-用户阻止滥用用户的机制
-开发人员必须在24小时内通过删除内容并弹出提供有问题内容的用户来处理令人不快的内容报告。
根据这些反馈,以及网络收集到的信息,需要做的是:
1. 用户使用协议。
对敏感信息进行说明,在登录页面加用户使用协议,部分APP在发布页面,有的APP,在制作页面也会有;
2. 举报。
对特定的视频进行举报,让后台下架。文字评论相关的应用应该也需要这个功能。
3. 屏蔽/拉黑。
之前网上有文章讲,说要这个功能,有的没有提到这个。因为这个需要加新接口,并且大部分的查询接口都需要做对应的判断,所以一直希望这个不是必要的,只是在改其他的接口。
4. 图片和文字鉴黄之类。
大部分的应用都是有1和4,2加一个加载效果,弹出一个提示“举报成功,平台将会在24小时之内给出回复”,3需要一定的工作量,一直想避开这个。后来苹果的反馈是这样的。

当时想的就是,有的东西没加对;
可能同样的理由多次被拒绝之后,反馈信息里边会加请求电话联系的提示。也可以在回复框右上角“向 App 审查委员会提交上诉”,让那边打电话过来。最好加个你方便接听的时间段,加上对应的时区。
能电话,一定不要发邮件。邮件两天一个来回。
经过一番沟通,审核那边说,目前大部分措施都加了,还需要一个功能,在中国地区称为“屏蔽/拉黑”。
