What does the section say?
In this part, Haw figure out what it means to change: it is natural for change to continually occur, whether you expect it or not. This new belief help him encourage new behaviors.
What does the section mean for you?
This week Haw really understand the truth of change. He goes from resisting change to experimenting with it to accepting it, and finally to putting it in perspective and enjoying it. This successful discovery of truth is a new experience because he is trying to change it step by step, the two complement each other.
I have a similar experience this week. Starting from this week, we enter the exam week, many classes are facing the closing exam, and we need to report the project for innovation and entrepreneurship projects. Our group's progress this week is about zero, and the results in the report are not ideal, while some groups progress very fast, and the presentation is like a duck to water. Our whole group was immersed in sadness, at a loss and at a loss, not knowing how to proceed next step. The teacher gives us the suggestion that we need to work hard to change and find the right way. We are trying to make a change, using the time available, to look for the resources available to the department.
