学习了获取手机位置，根据当前的位置获取当前的天气利用了AFN和知心天气APi.
首先在plist表正设置相关的权限
1.App Transport Security Settings 字典类型 ,Allow Arbitrary Loads bool类型 设置YES 为了可以请求网络
2.Privacy - Location When In Use Usage Description String类型 获取定位权限
