pyinstaller 编译 Python文件 可执行
windows：
1）安装 Python3.7.6 到 D:\python3.76
下载安装：python-3.7.6-amd64.exe
2）安装 Pyinstaller
D:\python3.76\Scripts>pip install pyinstaller
3）安装pywin32
下载安装 pywin32-227.win-amd64-py3.7.exe
4）编译py文件
Py文件放到 D:\python3.76\Scripts
执行 D:\python3.76\Scripts>pyinstaller.exe --console --onefile win_dbbak.py
得到：exe文件 在 D:\python3.76\Scripts\dist
